Hot Oil Hair Treatment/Conditioner -

The safest method is to cover hair with oil then cover head with a shower cap or plastic bag and then cover head with a towel. The heat from your head will create a "hot oil" effect and to provide a deep conditioning treatment. After 15-25 minutes, wash out of hair. 

Massages - Pour into hands, rub together and massage!

Scalp Oil - Part hair and apply to scalp as needed
